A significant trend I am seeing in the software development world, is that developers are starting to use machine learning techniques. At the 2012 DevIntersection Conference (December 8 – 12, 2012, Las Vegas), I presented a talk “Easy Naive Bayes Predictions for Developers”. See http://www.devintersection.com/ .
