The Jonny Quest animated TV series ran just one season of 26 episodes, in 1964-65. Even though the animation was a bit crude, the stories and music and background art were nicely done. The series developed a cult following that exists to this day.

One morning before work, I decided to sit down and grab images of each of the 26 episode title screens. I wasn’t very familiar with these title screens because they only flashed by for about 2 seconds at the beginning of each episode.

Shown below are all 26 title screens, listed in order of release. My 10 favorite title screens (not necessarily my favorite episodes) are: “Turu the Terrible” (15), “The Mystery of the Lizard Men” (1), “The Curse of Anubis” (3), “The Quetong Missile Mystery” (22), “Monster in the Monastery” (25), “Riddle of the Gold” (5), “Skull and Double Crossbones” (11), “The Dreadful Doll” (12), “Arctic Splashdown” (2), “Double Danger” (9).
